Had some family members ask if they could have services too and the stylists were flexible and were able to add on services. Communication was fair, one was on time, one missed a bus but communicated with the other stylist. Everyone came out looking beautiful and pleased with the service.

Their communication through email and automatic text messages regarding who was doing the hair and when was great. They were versatile with meeting on-site and providing a timeline since I had 2 artists. I wanted Hollywood waves, and it turned out beautifully 🙂

They all texted when they arrived, were on time, and gave us the exact results we were looking for just from being shown a picture once. They rearranged the room on their own to make it work for all of them. I was impressed how they worked with one another. They were kind and brought a great vibe to my wedding morning to make it stress free. Also, no money was exchanged, which added to the ease of the morning. It’s all taken care of beforehand. November 2, 2021 at 12:00 amWe hired 5 hair and 5 makeup artists for a wedding. The one updo that was requested was horrible – described as a “going to bed after a night out and waking up the next morning” look. One of the makeup artists didn’t show up. The hotel lighting was poor (said in booking it was at a hotel) and none of the makeup people had lighting and just complained. Then, on top of it all, they overcharged my by several hundred dollars and still haven’t replied to more than 10 calls/emails to try and correct the issue.

On top of being professional, they were so nice, friendly, supportive, and accommodating. I didn’t have a detailed vision of what I wanted, but they were able to work with what little I provided and come up with something so beautiful and so me. The only person having hair/makeup done was myself, and I was nervous not knowing the name or having stalked the work of my hair & makeup team. Never been so happy to be proven wrong. May 17, 2018 at 12:00 amI had a difficult time with using Glamsquad for my bridal party. First, you don’t get direct contact with the vendor. I had to give my planner the 800 number to confirm the reservation. Two, my maids were not happy with their hairstyles which led to the stylist being there longer than planned. Glamsquad charged me extra for this, and then called me about it ON MY WEDDING DAY as I’m trying to get dressed. It was not the right time for them to reach out about the issue and added a layer of stress that I just didn’t need at that moment. I ended up having my credit card company handle it instead. In the end, my girls looked great but it was more hassle than it was worth.

Kerin did our makeup and Sarah did our hair and they were so nice and talented. They were awesome during my trial and went out of their way to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. All my guests were freaking out about how good my hair and makeup looked and the pictures look amazing. The team that books weddings was also super fast and efficient with customer service and answering my questions. Cannot recommend them enough.

May 18, 2017 at 12:00 amSo I didn’t actually have my hair done with Glamsquad for my wedding, but my bridesmaids did. Leslie Wisdom did the hair for four of my bridesmaids and did a fantastic job. Two of my friends are super picky with their hair and I was worried it wouldn’t work. But she did exactly what they wanted and it turned out beautifully. And she even re-did my friend’s updo when she decided she wanted more pieces out in front. Everyone was super happy and looked beautiful.
Leslie also arrived on time, was really professional, and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Coordinating this was a tall order and Glamsquad excelled at organizing everyone’s hair and makeup and making everyone look beautiful on the day-of! I booked them for my 6 bridesmaids, who ranged in age (from 16 to 36), in ethnicity, and in hair style from Short Crop to Could Donate Twice to Locks of Love With One Cut. I was willing to spend a decent amount of money to get my hair and makeup done in my hotel room, but some of the good salons that I found on Yelp were still out of my budget. The stylists arrived perfectly on time, were super friendly and professional. The hair and makeup was exactly what I was looking for and it lasted during a very long, hot day. I had booked makeup with lashes for both myself and my mom. My mom opted to forgo the lashes and I assumed I would just pay the “for lashes” price because that’s what I booked but Glam Squad adjusted the final invoice which I was pleasantly surprised with. I would book Glam Squad again without hesitation.

They’re work was great and the girls were sweet as well. It wasn’t too expensive either compared to going to a salon and getting the same services. Best part is they come to you!

Just as Anthony finished my hair stylist, Yajaira arrived in perfect timing. Yajaira knew the exact style I was after with very little guiding. My hair stayed in perfect position the entire day, and to top it off Yajaira kindly buttoned my dress up before graciously departing.
